Wadi Al Mana and Wadi Al Manzaf are two valleys around Sabt village in Wilayat Al Kamil Wal Wafi, Ash Sharqiyah South Governorate, about forty kilometres from the wilayat centre. Both flow with water year round, with scattered pools shaded by palm and sidr trees between towering mountains.
