Musandam

Musandam breaks off from the rest of Oman, split away by a stretch of UAE territory, and it looks nothing like the mainland either — the fjord-like inlets around Khasab are why people call it the Norway of Arabia. Dhow trips out to Khasab Bay and villages reachable only by boat are the whole reason to come.
