North Ash Sharqiyah is where Wadi Bani Khalid's turquoise pools sit under the road to the sands, and Sur builds dhows the same way it has for centuries. Further down the coast, Ras Al Jinz is one of the few places on earth to watch green turtles nest, most nights of the year.
